How do I choose my size?

It runs true to size (S–5X). Use your waist + hip measurements on the size chart and pick your match. If you're between sizes, have a fuller lower belly, or want a more relaxed all-day feel, size up. Ordering a size down for "more control" is the #1 mistake — it makes shapewear roll and dig, so stick with your true size.
