  • Lost in Transit

  • Damaged in Transit

  • Shipped to the wrong address (our fault when submitting the address to the carrier)

Terms & Conditions

  • Shipping protection starts from the date your item ships and remains valid throughout the shipping process.

  • Replacement is free (including shipping fee).

  • A shipping protection plan is valid for one order. If your order contains multiple items, all items are covered.

  • Shipping protection includes one replacement per item. If there are multiple items in your order, you will receive replacements for all affected items.

How to File a Shipping Protection Claim

If your item has any issues during shipping, please contact our Customer Support Team and provide proof (photos, carrier updates, or other tracking evidence). We will gladly replace the item free of charge.

Note: This Shipping Protection Plan does not cover lost or returned packages if we ship the order to the address provided by you and that address is incorrect. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If your item has any problems with the shipping process, please contact our Customer Support Team and send us the proof. We will gladly replace the item free of charge.
