⚠️ Shipping Delays & Exceptions

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location or circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or severe weather.

Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery updates depend on the carrier’s tracking system.

📍 Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review all address details before placing an order.

If a package is returned by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or being deemed undeliverable, the order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

In such situations, a return handling fee of $14.95 may apply. This fee reflects carrier and return processing costs and is not a penalty imposed by Easelyn.

Lost Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and final delivery are managed by the carrier’s network.

Easelyn is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier operations. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policy.
